1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using WagerThesis (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use WagerThesis.
2. Simulation and analytics only
WagerThesis is a simulation and analytics product provided for information and entertainment purposes only. All bankrolls, bets, targets, and payouts shown in the app are simulated using mock funds. No real money is deposited, wagered, won, or lost through the Service, and WagerThesis is not a sportsbook, casino, broker, or gambling operator.
3. Not financial or betting advice
AI edges, projections, confidence scores, and odds presented in the Service are estimates, not guarantees. Nothing in WagerThesis constitutes financial, investment, or betting advice. Past or simulated results never predict future outcomes. Any decisions you make in the real world based on information from the Service are made solely at your own risk.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Certain features may require a paid subscription (for example, Pro Unlimited Analytics). Prices are shown at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by our payment provider, and applicable taxes may be added.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms.
Third-party market data, names and artwork remain subject to their owners' rights and applicable provider terms. Access to WagerThesis does not grant a license to resell, redistribute, sublicense or operate a separate feed using that data. WagerThesis's own analysis and software do not transfer ownership of the underlying third-party observations. These terms and our delay notices do not replace any permissions required from a data provider.
Multiplayer practice rules
Where enabled, multiplayer offers shared practice games for signed-in players. Practice chips have no cash value and cannot be purchased, withdrawn or transferred into money. Public tables are listed in the lobby; private tables require an unexpired invitation. Hosts control invitations and starting eligible rounds, while the server applies the displayed game rules to all players. If a host stops checking in for 90 seconds, hosting may pass to a recently active seated player.
Selecting a wager does not commit it until the round starts. Once a practice round starts, closing the page or leaving does not cancel a committed wager or permit a second settlement. Timed-out Blackjack hands stand; timed-out poker players check or fold as the rules permit. Unresolved Craps stakes return if the table expires. Reconnecting uses the same account and shared game state.
Sessions have limits on duration, seats and actions. A connection failure can delay updates; use the supplied retry control to confirm an interrupted action before submitting another one. Do not use automation, multiple accounts or invitation abuse to disrupt play. Availability depends on the shared service and may be paused during maintenance. Read the multiplayer privacy disclosure for stored game information, visibility and deletion requests.
Market data, availability and corrections
Contact contact@wagerthesis.ai before copying, republishing, redistributing, integrating or commercially using data or analysis from this site. Public access does not grant reuse rights. Our written permission for original WagerThesis work does not replace any separate permission required from third-party data or artwork owners.
Prices are indicative snapshots and may be delayed, stale, incomplete or unavailable. They are not executable quotes. A directory listing does not promise price, chart, venue or trading support. A source date without a time must not be treated as an intraday observation. A successful refresh does not make an older provider observation current.
We may retain a prior observation with a stale notice during a provider interruption. Demonstration figures are labeled as sample data and do not count toward observed price coverage. Model outputs are estimates rather than measured chances of a future result. Verify any price, security, currency, corporate action or market status with an appropriate primary source before making a decision.
Coverage can change because of source availability, provider limits, suspended or delisted instruments, and corrections. Read the market data policy for sourcing and timestamp definitions. Report a suspected mismatch or incorrect observation to contact@wagerthesis.ai with the asset, displayed date or time and the issue you found.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WagerThesis and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
