Opening WagerThesis…

This Privacy Policy explains what information WagerThesis (the “Service”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little as possible to run the Service well.
We use the information above to operate and secure the Service, authenticate you, provide support, process subscriptions, and improve features. We do not sell your personal information.
We rely on trusted third parties to run the Service — including hosting, database, email delivery, and payment processing providers. These providers process data only as needed to perform their services.
When multiplayer is enabled and you join a table, we store your WagerThesis account identifier, room membership, seat, recent table activity times, game actions, practice-chip balance and outcomes to keep the shared game consistent and prevent duplicate actions. Your account profile may contain a display name; the current table interface identifies players by seat and does not show their email addresses or internal account identifiers to other players.
Public tables appear in the signed-in lobby with their game, available seats and table status. Private tables are excluded from that lobby. An invitation holder must sign in before joining; hosts can revoke invitations, and links expire. Seated players can see shared outcomes and information permitted by the game rules. Unrevealed cards stay private to the appropriate player.
Multiplayer state uses an isolated WagerThesis database area hosted by Supabase. It is not combined with FindYourHuman résumé, intake or payment records. Connection safeguards and rate limits use account-derived identifiers to protect the service; occupied seats are not a measured live-user count.
Tables stop admitting new rounds when their session expires, normally within 24 hours of creation. Expiry does not immediately delete stored game records. Records may remain for action recovery, duplicate-settlement prevention and support; an automatic deletion interval is not currently promised. To request access or deletion, contact contact@wagerthesis.ai.
WagerThesis combines third-party market observations with its own analysis and play-money simulations. Market data rollout is still in progress. Available assets, prices, history and images vary by provider and can change. WagerThesis does not accept real-money wagers, execute trades or guarantee a result.
A searchable directory record identifies an asset or event. It does not establish that a current price, complete chart history or verified logo is available. Priced coverage counts distinct identities with a positive provider price and a usable source date or timestamp. Sample prices, missing quotes, duplicate aliases and repeated chart ranges do not increase that count. Priced coverage is not a claim that every observation is real time.
Stocks are matched by security, ticker and exchange, with share classes kept separate. Crypto assets are matched by provider asset ID. A shared ticker does not make two tokens interchangeable. Wrapped assets, similar names and separate networks require their own identity checks. USD price displays do not establish that an asset is tradable on a particular exchange or in your location.
A source timestamp records when the provider says it observed the data. A retrieval or refresh timestamp records when WagerThesis obtained it. Refreshing the page does not make an older observation current. When a source supplies only a date, we display that date and identify the missing intraday time. Market hours, weekends and holidays can explain an older stock observation. Polling is not a streaming feed.
Delayed snapshots remain reference information. A stale warning means an observation is older than the applicable freshness window or a refresh could not replace retained data. A partial refresh can update some assets while retaining older observations for others. Timeouts, rate limits and provider outages do not turn missing data into zero. When no usable observation is available, we show an unavailable state or an explicitly labeled sample. Sample data is not a delayed real-world quote.
Indicators and projections are calculated from available inputs and may be wrong. A displayed confidence or directional score is not a calibrated probability unless expressly identified and supported as such. Missing history can make a calculation unavailable. Chart periods may contain fewer observations than requested, and corrections, splits, dividends or provider methodologies can change historical values. Compare matching currencies, time periods and adjustment conventions before drawing conclusions.
Provider artwork and verified originals are used only for the corresponding asset. Unverified or unavailable imagery may use a neutral label. A vector can scale cleanly but is not a native 4K bitmap. Loading an image successfully does not verify its identity, licensing or resolution.
Most market data requests are made by our server. The active crypto view also connects directly to Kraken’s public WebSocket endpoint for supported visible pairs; the connection stops when the page is hidden or the view is closed. Kraken receives ordinary connection information, such as IP address, and the requested public currency pairs. No account, identity, form or analytics data is sent through this connection. An asset lookup sends the requested instrument identifier to the relevant provider. Your browser may request externally hosted logos or artwork directly, exposing ordinary connection information such as its IP address and browser headers to that host. Opening an external source link takes you to a separate service governed by its own privacy policy and terms.
Provider data and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. WagerThesis's analysis does not make the underlying data proprietary to WagerThesis or grant resale or redistribution rights. Source attribution, a delay notice and this policy do not replace required provider permissions or imply endorsement. We can restrict or remove a source when its availability or permitted use changes.
Before copying, republishing, redistributing, integrating or commercially using data or analysis from WagerThesis, contact contact@wagerthesis.ai with the intended use. Public access does not itself grant reuse rights. Written permission may be required from WagerThesis for its original work and separately from the underlying data or artwork owner. WagerThesis cannot grant rights it does not hold.
Prices are informational reference values rather than executable broker or exchange quotes, financial advice or betting advice. For an apparent error, email contact@wagerthesis.ai with the asset, displayed source date or time and the discrepancy. See our source directory and market data terms.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Visitor activity stops contributing to the count after five minutes of inactivity. Inactive records are removed on the next counter update, and the activity store expires after five minutes without updates.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. You can stop providing information at any time by discontinuing use of the Service, though some features may not work without it.
WagerThesis is intended for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
